This chapter details events in the Unites States in 1863, under the administration of Abraham Lincoln. This is the time when Lincoln's term was about to end and many people, especially in the House of Representatives, wanted Lincoln to be reelected. The chapter also reveals some military battle plans that Lincoln used in various wars that the United States were involved in at the time, including the Rosecrans' attack on Chattanooga.
