This chapter introduces us to the thought of Father Sergei Bulgakov. Bulgakov’s account of “holy wisdom” offers us a rare model for thinking together creation, creativity, and creatureliness. In this, Williams sees the possibility of restoring and reenergizing the image of God in humanity.
